Thank you for your interest in Providence Point. You have questions? You have come to the right place for answers.
PROVIDENCE REAL ESTATE is uniquely qualified to tell you about this marvelous community. We were the marketing company from the first day of development and continued until it ended and then some. No organization or person has had a longer and more important role in making Providence Point what it is than PROVIDENCE REAL ESTATE.
Providence Point was made possible in a decision by the Sister's of Providence, a Catholic institution, to move from its remote campus to smaller quarters in Seattle. They had an opportunity to sell the facility to the Lutherans for a Bible college, but the Lutherans did not want the almost 180 acres of undeveloped forest that was a part of the property. A deal was negotiated wherein the Lutherans could sell off the excess property as long as it was used for senior citizens, furthering the mission of the Sisters.
A national search ensued to find a developer capable and willing to buy and develop the land with this caveat. Happily, a local group submitted the winning proposal. It's program and promise still guides the livability and enjoyment of Providence Point today and from this group came PROVIDENCE REAL ESTATE.
